Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

No Refund for Change of Plans

We do not offer refunds for reasons like:

  • Changing or cancelling your travel plan

  • Rescheduling visa appointments

  • Any personal reason

Refunds Only If We Fail to Deliver

A refund will only be processed if we are unable to provide the service you paid for.

Refund Method

Refunds are only made through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
No other method will be accepted.

Refund Time

Refunds take 10 to 15 working days to process.
We cannot process refunds immediately due to payment system procedures.

Duplicate Payment Refunds

If you accidentally pay twice for the same service due to a technical issue, you can request a full refund for the extra payment.

No Cancellations After Booking

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
If the service has not been processed yet, we can offer a credit for future use.

Fix Booking Errors Within 5 Minutes

If you make a mistake during booking, you must tell us within 5 minutes.
If not, we cannot make changes, and no refund will be given.

Dummy Ticket Validity

  • The validity of dummy tickets is not guaranteed and depends on the airline.

  • We are not responsible if the ticket expires early.
