These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our services, including visa processing, flight reservations dummy tickets, hotel bookings, and travel insurance. By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms:

Visa Services

  • We offer visa guidance and documentation support only.

  • Approval of a visa is the decision of the embassy or consulate, and we are not responsible for rejection.

  • Service fees are non-refundable, even if your visa is denied.

Dummy Ticket Services

  • Reservation Only – Not a Confirmed Ticket
    A dummy ticket is a temporary flight reservation, used for visa applications or travel documents only.
    You cannot use this ticket to board a flight.

  • Visa Rejection
    If your visa is denied, Theexpresstravel.com travel agency is not responsible.

  • Delivery Time
    We do our best to deliver the reservation on time, but it may be delayed due to technical issues or other problems.
    We are not responsible for these delays.

  • Permission to Contact
    By using our website or services, you allow us to contact you via WhatsApp, Email, SMS, or other channels for support, updates, and marketing.

  • Right to Refuse
    We may decline your order for any reason. If this happens, we will provide a full refund.

  • Valid Globally
    Our flight reservations are accepted worldwide where a flight reservation is required.
    If you are deported or denied entry by any immigration authority, we are not responsible.

  • Cancellable Ticket Option
    For safer travel documentation, you can choose a cancellable ticket. Contact us on WhatsApp to request this option.

  • Airline Format May Vary
    Each airline has its own reservation format. All formats provided are valid and accepted.
    You may view examples on our sample ticket page.

  • Email for Booking
    We use our own agency email to book flight reservations to maintain contact with the airlines.
    We cannot use your personal email for this process.

  • What’s Not Included
    Dummy tickets do not show:

  • Ticket price

  • Baggage allowance

  • Seat numbers

  • Flight duration

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Information
    If you provide wrong or missing details, we are not responsible for any delay or mistake in your reservation.

  • Children Must Be Booked with an Adult
    Airlines require at least one adult with a child or infant. If you mistakenly book a child alone, no refund will be issued, but we may allow you to use the amount as credit for future bookings.

  • Booking Form Priority
    If you give instructions in the message box that don’t match the booking form, we will follow the form details only.

  • Last-Minute Booking
    If you book a few hours before your travel or visa appointment, and the ticket expires, we will not resend it.

  • Special Requests
    While we try to meet requests for specific airlines, layovers, or times, we can’t guarantee them.
    Please write your requests clearly in the remarks section during booking.

  • Multiple Passenger Bookings
    If you need separate reservations for each traveler, please:

  • Mention it in the message box, or

  • Inform us via WhatsApp within 10 minutes of booking.
    After 10 minutes, no changes or refunds will be made.

Hotel Booking Services

  • We provide hotel booking confirmation for visa or travel purposes.

  • Room types, check-in times, and facilities depend on hotel availability.

  • Any changes or cancellations are subject to hotel policies, which vary by location.

Travel Insurance Services

  • We help arrange travel insurance required for visas or trips.

  • Insurance terms, claim processes, and coverage limits are governed by the insurance company’s policy.

  • We are not responsible for rejected claims or disputes with the insurance provider.
